New to Sailing

Hey everyone, I was given a Lysander 17ft boat, Venture. I havfe sailed before when a teen, but at 64 I’m just a beginner!
The boat has been stired for about 4 years and was full with water, but I have managed to dry her out and the ply, timber all seem good 🙂
In one of the pics you can see the level where the water rose to.

I have joined up here, and hope to be able to sail at some of your events. Any help or ideas, always welcome!
